Services for Miss Lena Hamann, 69, who died suddenly Wednesday morning, Oct. 10 at her home in Grant Park, will be held Friday afternoon, Oct. 12 at 2 p.m. in the Marshall funeral home in Grant Park.
The Rev. Alfred F. Braum, pastor of the St. Peters Reformed and Evangelical church, will conduct the services.
Miss Hamann was born Aug. 6, 1883 in Sumner township and had lived all her life in the Grant Park area. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Hamann, both deceased, and had lived on South Maple street near the Legion Home in Grant Park for many years.
Survivors include four brothers, Albert and Herman of Kankakee and William and Rudolph of Grant Park; and one sister, Mrs. Anna Seibert of Grant Park. One brother, Charles, preceded her in death.
