Janet Lee Parrish Marks of Goochland passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2007. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Winston Parrish and Ethel Lee Salmon Parrish Matthews; and brother, Jerald Parrish. She is survived by her husband, James F. "Pete" Marks; brother, Leslie Parrish (Lydia); sister-in-law, Ruth Parrish; son, Frederick Marks (Debby); daughter, Cindy Harris (Skeebo); grandchildren, Casey and Matthew Marks, Lee Ellen, Kelley, Amy, Doswell and Dylan Harris; and great-grandchild, Tyler Dunivan. Family will receive friends at the Norman Funeral Home, Goochland, Va., Thursday, March 8, 2007 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 9, 2007 at Corinth Methodist Church at 11 a.m. Interment church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Corinth United Methodist Memorial Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 896, Goochland, Va. 23063.
