At the age of eighteen Mollie married John Henry Turner on 28 December 1876. They were married at the Schrock Plantation, home of her parents John McDonald Schrock & Betty Beauchamp. They were married for fifty-nine years until John Henrys death in June of 1935.
In 1889,Mary Ann & John Henry joined the United Methodist Church in Sallis, Attala County,Mississippi.
