MRS. J. O. RENTFROW
Following an illness of two weeks of pneumonia, Mrs. J. O. Rentfrow, 36, died Thursday afternoon at twelve thirty o'clock at the home of her mother, Mrs. N. W. Haines, 1827 Seventeenth street, where she was visiting when she was taken sick. Only a week ago Mr. and Mrs. Rentfrow lost a little daughter, Dorothy, age five, also a victim of pneumonia.
Besides her mother and husband, Mrs. Rentfrow is survived by three daughters, Ann Elizabeth, Doris and Nellie Ruth Rentfrow, a sister, Miss Eva Haines; two brothers, J. D. and Floyd Haines; and her grandmother, Mrs. G. W. Bartee.
The body was carried to the Striffler and Tippins funeral home and Friday morning will be the home of her mother, where funeral services will be held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, conducted by Rev. J. M. Truett, of the Phenix City Methodist church. Interment will be in Linwood cemetery.
