Katherine (Kate) Schneider was the oldest child born to Peter and Barbara Schneider who emigrated from Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany to Adams. She was born on 26, March 1888 in Adams. She married Arthur Joseph Krebsbach in 1912 at Sacred Heart. She was a music teacher. Her mother died in 1908 during childbirth so Kate's other job was to help raise the youngest siblings. She did not have children of her own. She took in the youngest siblings following her dad's death in 1918.
