Services for Christine L. Slaughter, 93, 117 E. 21st St., who died at 3:05 p.m. Sunday at Mount Carmel Medical Center, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Bath Funeral
Home.

Mrs. Slaughter had been in ill health for the past several months. The Rev. Bob McGuire will officiate. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Oak Wood Cem-
etery, Neosho.

Friends of the family may visit from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. Slaughter was born Sept. 23, 1886,
in Clinton, Mo. She had been a resident of Pittsburg since 1935. She was employed as a cafeteria worker at Pittsburg
State University until her retirement in 1956 She was a member of the Baptist church.

She married Alfred Slaughter in 1904. He died in Neosho, Mo., in 1928. Survivors include one son, Bob Slaughter, Denver, Colo.; three daughters, Mrs. Pearl Edmond, Pittsburg route 2, Mrs. Bessie Underwood, 1119 E. 14th St., and Mrs. Eula Papish, 118 E. 22nd St.; 24 grandchildren, 67 great-grandchildren and 22 great-great-grandchildren.
