June M. Starkel, 75, a retired realtor, died Saturday, Feb. 21, at Promise Regional Medical Center in Hutchinson.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, at Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm Street, Marion. Visitation is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery of Florence.
She was born June 17, 1933, to Clarence and Bertha (Roberts) Widler at Clements. On Dec. 23, 1951, she was married to Eugene V. Starkel, who survives.
Other survivors include a son Jerry and Jennifer Starkel of McPherson; her siblings Betty Pruitt of Derby, Myrtle Jackson of El Dorado and Bill Widler and Joan Kelsheimer both of Cedar Point and three grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established with McPherson Public Library in care of the funeral home.
