Earlene Frances Lane, 70, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 1997.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors Ivy Chapel, 2820 Virginia Circle, with the Rev. Jerry Davey, pastor of Pleasant Valley Christian Church, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Lane was born in Vernon and had lived in Amarillo for 51 years. She was a homemaker. She was a charter member of Bykota Southern Baptist Church and a member of Pleasant Valley Rebekah Lodge No. 193.

Survivors include her husband, Bob; a daughter, Barbara Lanning of Amarillo; a brother, Dewitt Edwards of Burkburnett; and a grandson.The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
