"Someone was sleeping out in that old house when I was real small. I went out to see what was up. I don't know who it was. Seems like it was Uncle Mark. I asked if he wasn't scared of the rats. He said "No" because "when they came out he just reached down their throats and grabbed their tail and pulled them inside out." I left I am sure with wide eyes and an open mouth and didn't go back for a while. Sounds like Uncle Mark to me. I don't know who could tease and astound more: him, or granddad, or Mark. Lots of bunk and hooey."
