Graveside services were held Tuesday,April 6,2004 at The Lower Hickory Grove Cemetery.
She was born in McCreary County Ky to Gilce Coffey and Hannah Crabtree Coffey.She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband William Swain,a daughter Jessie Coffey Swisher and several brothers and sisters,she is survived by her children.Sherril(Beling)Swain and Kay(Denny) Coffey Stephens,grandchildren Barbara Ann Brommall,Rodney Swain,Rick Swisher,Sheila Swain,Jennie Reuscher and LaCartha Pate,stepchildren and great grandchildren and many other friends and relatives.
Hickman Strunk Funeral Home served the family of Mrs. Beulah Swain.
