Ryan Caldwell, 20, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at International Gospel Temple with Minister Rodney Patrick officiating. H.H. Hudson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday at the church.
Survivors include his parents, James and Jennifer Caldwell of Dyersburg; a sister, Jade Caldwell of Dyersburg; and five brothers, DeShea Caldwell of Murfreesboro, Eric Caldwell of Nashville, Tyler Caldwell, Trevor Caldwell and Cody Caldwell, all of Dyersburg.
The family requests that any memorials be directed to International Gospel Temple.
