Kinder-
Funeral services for Mr. Albert G. Baggett, 85, will be held Monday, September 15, 2008 at 11 AM in Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Alfred Gibson of Leblanc Pentecostal Church will officiate. Burial will be in Leblanc Cemetery.

Visitation will begin on Sunday from 4 to 9 PM and will reopen on Monday from 8 AM till time of service.

Mr. Baggett was a resident of Leblanc. He died September 11, 2008 in his residence.

He was a veteran of the United States Army. He served his country in WWII and landed on the beaches of Normandy on D-Day, 1942. He was a friend to all who knew him and loved his family. He will be greatly missed.

Normandy, Northern France, Ardennes, Rhineland, Central Europe.

Decorations:
EAMETO MEDAL, GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL, DISTINGUISHED UNIT BADGE, WORLD WAR II VICTORY MEDAL

Albert's grave marker was placed by members of the American Legion, post #244 at Kinder, Louisiana. We are grateful for his service.
