MRS. AGNES SANDERS
Funeral for Mrs. Agnes Sparkman Sanders, 85, of 1710 Loring Ave., Decatur, who died Friday at a local hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church, the Rev. Billy C. Redding and the Rev. Covell Keenum officiating, with burial in Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Peck Funeral Home of Hartselle directing.
Survivors include three sons, James G. Sanders of Decatur, Col. Joe E. Sanders of San Jose, Calif., and Robert D. Sanders of Hamburg, Germany; two daughters, Mavoline McCutcheon and Sue Sinyard, both of Huntsville; a brother, former Sen. John Sparkman of Huntsville; 10 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Mrs. Sanders was a member of Ninth Street United Methodist Church.
Pallbearers will be J. W. Duberry, Billy Lee Terry, James Sparks, Herbert Sandusky, J. W. Keeble and Leroy Evans.
Honorary pallbearers will be Marvin Yarbrough, Arthur Burleson, S. R. Russell and J. J. Jennings.
