Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home with the Rev. R. E. McDonald and another minister officiating. Burial will be in [old] Crowville Masonic Cemetery.
Survivors are three sons, Sidney Payne, Delhi; Alton Payne and J. L. Payne, both of Crowville; four daughters, Miss Selma J. Payne, Mrs. Doxie Geisman, both of Winnsboro; Mrs. Vera Caldwell, St. Joseph; Mrs. Ruby Marshall, Crowville; 14 grandchildren and a number of great and great-great-grandchildren.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
