Funeral services for D. R. Hill, 86, of West Monroe, will be held in the Crowville Baptist Church at 3 p.m. Sunday with Rev. Mr. Smith, officiating. Interment, under the direction of the Mulhearn Funeral Home of Monroe, will follow in the Crowville Cemetery. The remains will be carried to the Church at 2 p.m.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. E. O. Vaughan, West Monroe; two sons, I. T. Hill, West Monroe, and C. O. Hill, Spokane, Wash.; three brothers, Charlie Hill, Crowville, Lum Hill and Warren Hill, both of Houston, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Mollie Swanner, Jonesboro; nine grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
