COOPER - H. B. Toon, 70, or a farmer died Thursday at 1 a.m., at home in the Liberty Grove community, south of Cooper.

He suffered a heart attack, there, about 10 p. m. Wednesday.

The funeral, Friday at 3 p.m., will be held In the church at Liberty Grove by the Rev, N. D. Gilmore, Baptist pastor. Delta Funeral Home will make burial there.

Mr. Toon was born In Alabama, June 19, 1881, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Toon.

Survivors are his wife, formerly Miss Dollle Stephenson; and these children: Curtis Toon, James Elbert Toon and Dan Moody Toon, Cooper; John Harvey Toon, Boxton, Eulas Toon, Wichita Falls, Mrs. Ed Robinson, Bokchlto, Okla., and Mrs. Cecil Gordon, Ban Franklin; and these sisters and brothers; Mrs, Luther Strong, Mrs. John Simmons, Mrs. J, W. Maynard, Rube Toon, Grady Toon, and Lee Toon, Cooper, Mrs. E. A Hancock, Mullens, William Toon and Eual Toon, Dallas, and Bud Toon, Sulphur Bluff; besides several grandchildren and great -grandchildren.
