Faye Fallis Welch, 83, of Waco, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2009. Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, at Crawford Cemetery with Bill Hawthorne officiating.
Faye Gloyne was born in Clifton, Texas, to the late Jasper and Minnie Fallis. She retired from civil service and was a member of Highland Baptist Church in Waco. She was also a member of the Baldwin Chapter of Daughters of the Nile and Order of the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Reynolds Jasper Welch, Sr.; and her son, Reynolds Jasper Welch, Jr.
