FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. HARRIS TO BE HELD WEDNESDAY
Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Miller Harris, aged 38 years, wife of W.W. Harris, local attorney, who died in Breckenridge Tuesday morning at 8:20 o'clock, will be held from the First Methodist Church Wednesday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock with burial in Oakwood Cemetery. The services will be conducted by Rev. J.W. Bergin, pastor of the First Methodist Church, of which she was a member, assisted by Rev. J. Howard Williams, executive secretary of state Baptist convention, Dallas, formerly pastor of the First Baptist Church here.
Mrs. Harris had been in ill health for nine months and was being taken overland from Greenville to San Angelo when her condition became worse and a stop was made at Breckenridge Monday afternoon.
Surviving are her husband, three sons, William Wesley, Murray and Marion Harris, and a daughter, Elizabeth Harris, all of Corsicana; mother, Mrs. Giller, Greenville; and three sisters, Mrs. Dr. Whitten, Greenville, Mrs. Edgar Price, Mt. Pleasant, and Mrs. Chapman, Dallas.
