VIRGIL R. BUTLER, age 79, of Bangor passed away Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007 at his home. Mr. Butler was born March 5, 1928 in South Haven, MI, the son of Clyde and Vivian (Rich) Butler, and resided here all of his life. He had worked for the Van Buren County Road Commission and the Everett Piano Co. which later became Yamaha Piano. He was very active in the 4-H program helping with the Equestrian Units and the fairs. He enjoyed wood working. Surviving are two daughters, Linda Butler of Madison, WI; Debra (Sam) Butler of Verona, WI; two grandchildren, Lanie and Lila Butler. He was preceded in death by his wife, Florence.
