Arlene Harvey of Peach Bottom
Arlene Harvey, 71, of Peach Bottom, formerly of New London, passed away Sunday, Feb. 25, 2007.
She was the wife of William Harvey, with whom she shared 53 years of marriage.
Born in West Grove, she was the daughter of the late Warren S. and Mildred Miller Ament.
A graduate of Goldey-Beacom College, she worked for Lincoln University for 21 years, and for the County of Lancaster Court Administration for 13 years.
She was a member of New London Presbyterian Church.
Arlene loved antiquing, camping and travel and especially enjoyed their cabin in the mountains.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Edward A. Harvey and his wife, Bonnie of Kennett Square; and two daughters: Beth A. Harvey of Nottingham and Gail L. Bowersox and her husband, Jim of Holtwood.
Friends may visit with the family from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 28, and from 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, March 1, at Foulk & Grieco Funeral Home, 200 Rose Hill Road, West Grove, PA 19390, 610-869-2685.
Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 29, at the funeral home.
Interment will be in New London Presbyterian Cemetery, Route 896, New London, PA 19360.
