WRAY -- Tim L. Steinbeck, 34, died Friday (Feb. 13, 2009) in Laird, Colo.

He was born Jan. 31, 1975, to Gary and Laura Steinbeck.

He lived in Barstow, Calif., where worked in the pistachio groves and the moving business. He also drove truck and was a machinist in Nevada, Mo. He then moved to Illinois, where he drafted maps.

In 1998, he married LeeAnn Gibson. He was working the service lines and was a driller for J-W until his death.

He was a member of a pool league.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Gloria Baker, cousin Danny Jo Jussel and great-grandmother, Pearl Myers.

Survivors include his wife, Leslie LeeAnn Steinbeck and their children, Kortney Marie and Seth Torrance; step-children, Austin and Stephanie Allison; father Gary and wife, Linda Steinbeck; mother, Laura Smith and step-father, LaVern; brother, Tom Steinbeck and Cynthia Rosales; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were Feb. 18, 2009, at First Christian Church in Wray. Interment was in the Haigler Cemetery.

Memorials maybe given in his name in care of the Wray State Bank, PO Box 277, Wray, CO 80758.
