Funeral services for Elva Zella (Loy) Hill, 75, of Wagoner were at 2:00 pm., March 3 1992, at the Mallett Funeral Chapel in Wagoner, with the Rev. Ron Gadberry officiating. Interment followed in Elmwood Cemetery, Wagoner, under the direction of Mallett funeral Home.
Mrs. Hill was born July 27, 1916, at Pawhuska, Oklahoma, to George T. and Lavada May (Gross) Loy. She died Friday, February 28, 1992 in Tulsa.
Mrs. Hill was an employee of Egan Manufacturing in Muskogee prior to retirement. She lived most of her life in the Wagoner area.
Survivors include a sister, Ethel Whittington of Tulsa; several nieces and nephews including Greg Whittington, Leon Loy, Michelle Cunningham, Rebecca Whittington, a great nephew and great nieces, Lyn Loy, Shana Van Hoose and Dawn Van Hoose.
Pallbearers were Emery Johnson, Warren Hathcock, Jim Rhodes and Clarence Cannon.
