Barbara retired from Koch Industries as an Administrative Assistant. She was a member of the Tulsa County Sheriff's Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Norman Whisenhunt; a daughter, Carol Whisenhunt and brother, Don Whitlock. She is survived by 2 sons, Stephen David Whisenhunt and Jeffrey Edward Whisenhunt, both of Tulsa; 6 grandchildren: Britny, Skyler, Caden, Kimberly, Khristian and Braxton Whisenhunt, all of Tulsa.
