Denise Diane Pearson, 62, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 15, 2009. Visitation will be 12 noon Wednesday February 18, 2009, at Ascension Lutheran Church in Jackson before the 2:00 pm funeral service. Burial will follow in Griswold, IA.

Denise was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa and was raised in Ottumwa and Griswold, Iowa. She moved to Mississippi in 1984. Denise adored spending time with her family and was an avid reader, gardener and bargain shopper. She also enjoyed yoga and touring with her husband on their Harley Davidson motorcycle.
She will be remembered most by her family as a cherished wife, loving mother, devoted grandmother and a friend to all who met her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hilton and Norma Held Corderman, and her grandson Ethan .
She is survived by her husband, daughter, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren,
