nton, Mo., passed away Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009, at the Laurie Care Center in Laurie, Mo. She was born July 26, 1927, in West Virginia, the daughter of the late Joseph and Shirley McCann De Bolt.
On April 25, 1946, in Kentucky, she was united in marriage to Don Lowe, who preceded her in death on Dec. 27, 1989.
Jo Anne worked for the Cam-Mo Ambulance District as a Paramedic and EMT for 22 years until her retirement.
She was a member of the West Lake Christian Church in Laurie, and the Versailles OES Chapter #410. She enjoyed crocheting and bowling.
She is survived by one son, Jim Lowe of Hamilton, Ohio; one daughter, Sandy Cline and husband Paul of Camdenton; three grandsons, John Cline, Joe Cline, and Damon Lowe; five great-grandchildren, Nick Cline, Tiffany Lowe, Amanda Cline, Chantaillia Boyert, and Nathan Lowe; and many other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph and Bill De Bolt.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009, at the Kidwell-Garber Laurie/Sunrise Beach Chapel with Reverend Francis Cline officiating.
Interment will follow in the Cable Ridge Cemetery in Edwards, Mo. The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
