I will never forget this kind and intelligent man. He was the President of the Sumter County Bar Association and Vice President of the SC Bar Association. He was born in Petersburg, Virginia, a son of Julian Henry and Corine Davis Levy. He graduated from Sumter High School in 1899 and attended Clemson for 3 years. In 1904 he received his law degree from the University of South Carolina; and, practiced law in Sumter for 65 years. He married Pauline Greenwood Garner of Savannah, Georgia.
