Charley Cornelious Bradley was born in Van Buren, Arkansas on June 29, 1901 to James Cornelious and Cora Lee Meeks Bradley. He died at Crawford County Memorial Hospital on June 16, 1964 due to complications of Diabetes. He had both legs, and fingers from one hand amputated because of the disease.

He was a retired painter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Claduious Bradley and sisters, Myrtle May Seal, Eula Pearl Bradley Dodd, Ocie Ione Bradley Bruns, Lula Inez Bradley Goebel.

He is survived by his brother, Carl Eugene Bradley; sisters, Ruby Zena Bradley Neal, Lorena Estella Bradley Wallace.

Burial was on June 17, 1964 in Fairview Cemetery in Van Buren, Arkansas.
