Beloved husband of the late Gertrude Krasner Frank. Devoted and loving father of Elise Frank Masur and her husband Howard Masur, and the late Allan L. Frank. Adored and proud grandpa of Susannah Masur, Jonathan Masur and his fiancee, Seebany Datta-Barua.
Arthur was an active resident at the Ring House in Rockville MD.
During WWII, he served with distinction in the Army Air Corps in the Pacific theater.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday February 25, 2008 at 1 pm at Judean Memorial Chapel 16225 Batchellor's Forest Road, Olney, MD. Interment to follow at Judean Memorial Gardens; Olney, MD.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
