He was born in Nancy on Nov. 24, 1902, the son of the late Willie and Emily Elizabeth Weddle Baugh. He was a farmer and Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a brother, Cornelius Baugh, Nancy, and a sister, Mrs. Lester (Hattie) Wilson, Somerset.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Dora Beasley Baugh, and two brothers, Killis and Clarence Baugh.
Services will be Monday, Nov. 25, at 10 a.m. at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with the Elder Wendell Butte officiating.
Burial will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, at the funeral home.
