Mrs. B. F. Archer, 92, of 737 Cedar Street, died Wednesday, January 10, 1979, in a local hospital.

Funeral services were held Thursday, January 11, at the Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. James Elsom. Burial was in Rockford Cemetery.

Willie Henry Archer was born July 24, 1886, daughter of Con and Alice Henry.

She attended the old Liberty school and taught school for a few years in Lamar County. She had lived in Paris the past 42 years.

She married B. F. Archer in 1912, and he died in January, 1963.

Survivors include one son, Hubert Ray Archer of Paris; three grandchildren, Stanley Ray Archer of Rockwall, Donnis Carl Archer of Paris and Miss Mary Gail Archer of Paris; three great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Dixie Thompson of Paris and Mrs. Kate Haltom of Vallejo, California.

Pallbearers were Stanley Archer, Donnie Archer, Owen Luster, J. C. Henry, James Reed and Randy Jones.
