DIED – In Manti on Thursday morning at 2:15 a.m., Mrs. Larsen, the aged mother of H. P. and Lewis Larsen of this city. Mrs. Larsen fell some time in November and since that time has been confined to her bed at the home of Lewis Larson. During her affliction she did not suffer much pain apparently having a good appetite and sleeping well until the end came, when she quietly slept into the Eternal World. Funeral services were held in the Assembly Hall yesterday afternoon at 4 p.m. A large number of friends and relatives attended the services. Mrs. Larsen was a native of Denmark and came with some of the first settlers to Manti, having lived here ever since, surviving her husband who died many years ago. She had made many friends, but of late years she became so deaf that she could not be made to hear and life was to some extent burdensome.
Daughter of Hans Pedersen & Karen Sorensdatter. Wife of Niels Larsen.
