SPRINGFIELD - Tonya Darnell Flynn Cooper, 47, of Springfield went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, at St. John's Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald E. Cooper, on May 28, 2005. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Norma Fisher Flynn.
Tonya is survived by a brother, Bill Flynn; four sisters, Sharon Mueller, Glenda Krefel, Shirley Hughes and Debbie Queen; stepfather, Bill Fisher; stepbrothers, Dave and Jerry; stepsister, Cindy; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 13, 2009, from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 11 a.m., with Pastor Thomas Radtke officiating, at Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home, 500 N. Fifth St. Burial will be at Camp Butler National Cemetery.
