Miss Thelma Roberts, oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Shannon Roberts of this citv. and Mr. Bart Morrison, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bart Morrison, Sr. of the Monmouth neighborhood were united in marriage at the Methodist parsonage Saturday evening, the ceremony being performed by Rev. Ira W. Torrence. The bride is one of the popular young ladies of McCune. She grew to womanhood here, graduated from the McCune High School and for the past years has been engaged as a teacher of district schools.
Mr. Morrison is a native of the Monmouth neighborhood, comes from one of the well-known and highly esteemed families, and is an industrious young farmer.
The happy young couple will make their home of the Frank Painter farm north of Monmouth.
