He survived by one daughter, Tanya; two sons, Tracy and Toby, all of the home; three brothers, Jerome, Blue Rapids, Kans., John W., Portland, Ore., and Nick J., Deferiet, N.Y.; five sisters, Mrs. Marcella Groves, Mrs. Richard (Charlene) Hornbeck, both of Portland, Mrs. Roland (Ann) Bruns, Dighton, Mrs. Albert (Georgine) Francis and Mrs. Linus (Benita) VonFeldt, both of Hays.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John R. Staab and one brother, Lawrence.
A rosary service was held Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Olingers Funeral Chapel in Denver, Military services were held Thursday at 9 Fort Logan Cemetery in Denver.
