Honorary pallbearers, members of the Dodson High School football team, were Clayton Norred, David Norred, Newton Norred, David Norred, Dan Mixon, Wilson Stovall, James Nicholson, Silford Terrel, Masquelette Gaar, Leo Hogan, Eric Waller, and Coach H. C. Weems.
The deceased is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Tucker Hutson; five daughters, Mrs. Sid Walker, Mrs. Marvin Berry, Mrs. A. A. Berry, Mrs. J. L. Waters, and Miss Maudie Hutson, all of Dodson; four sons, Pankey Hutson and Rawson Hutson, of Tallulah, Joel Hutson of Camden, Ark., and Ora Hutson, of Haynesville; and one brother, Charles Hutson, of Tennessee. Five children preceded him in death.
Mr. Hutson was born in North Carolina and spent his childhood days in the state of Tennessee. He was married to Miss Mary Tucker on October 24, 1889 at Magnolia, Ark. He was a member of the Baptist Church and the Woodmen of the World. He was a great lover of the game of football and for years has been a devoted fan of the Dodson High School teams.
