Roger A. Terando, 57, of Marseilles, died Monday at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Wang of the Marseilles United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday.

Mr. Terando was born Sept. 24, 1939, in Rockford to Hugo and Arlene (Allen) Terando. He married Della Enockson of Marseilles in 1959.

He was a member of the Marseilles United Methodist Church, the Marseilles Lions Club and was employed by Catipillar for 38 years.

He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Gina Hougas of Marseilles; Joan Sullivan of Bolingbrook; son Joseph of Ottawa; mother, Arlene of Marseilles; sister, Shirley Kelly of Peoria; eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father and son, John.

Pallbearers will be Don Townsend, Larry Cote, Nick Schank. Bob Kelly, Tom Smith and Craig Hougas.
