Mrs. Laura E. Loper, 38, of Hortense, died after an extended illness.
She is survived by her husband, John Lennon Loper; and one daughter, Brenda Elizabeth Loper, Hortense; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Monroe W. Crews, Jesup.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at Satilla Baptist Church near Hortense by Rev. _. M. Hart of Waycross. Burial will be in the Hortense Cemetery by Harrison Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Virlas Shoemaker, J.A. Moody, Edgar Teston, Solomon Loper, Claude Teston, Johnny Eldridge, Silas Rowell and Buster Bryant.
