On the same page of this census, next door is:

(this would prove the 1880 census as Julius the eldest son.

Clarence went to California just after the 1920 census. We have his social sec record that says he worked for the O.N. Crafts (which is a carnival company) He and Billie, his 2nd wife and his son Herschel Lofton, and Herschel's wife Jerry. The 4 of them traveled around California working on the carnival operating the bumper cars. After WW II broke out Hersh got a job at Douglas Aircraft and we don't know if Clarence worked there as well. We believe Clarence and Billie moved back to Greeley CO about that time. Billie's family was in Greeley. Where, according to his death cert he was a "boiler maker"

I have found WILLIAM H.s parents on the 1860 census
Ohio county, KY.."William F./Elizabeth and 5 kids,
.this info. is as per familysearch/roots web family trees. FATHER: Thomas Littlegrove/MOTHER: Sarah(Sally) McCrocklin.

As per Feb. 2015 this info has been changed. We, Linda Baird a Cuz' and I have reviewed the sources and have decided William H. date of birth was 1821 and his father was John Peyton Taylor, mother, Mary C. Davis.
And Thomas Littlegrove was an older brother.
