Mrs. Flora Reynolds Holt, 77, wife of the late Geo. W. Holt, Sr., died Saturday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. F. Lemons, Park street, following an attach of influenza.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the residence of Mrs. Lemon.
The deceased was the daughter of the late Cornelius and Ann Mills Reynolds of the Horsepasture community, where she was born on Jan. 15, 1851.
She was a lovable character and shall be greatly missed.
She is survived by four sons, R. F. and E. F. Holt of Martinsville, J. T. Holt of Pedro, Ohio, and C. N. Holt of Bluefield, W. Va., two daughters, Mrs. J. F. Lemons, Park Street and Mrs. S. H. Fretwell of War, W. Va.
Two brothers also survive, Harden Reynolds of Bassett, and Sam Reynolds of Leaksville, N.C.
