Connie Nadine Cummings, 74, of Panama died Sunday, Feb. 1, 2009, in Fort Smith. She was a loving, caring mom. She was born May 1, 1934, in Gans. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Magazine, and was a health-care worker.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009, at Arkoma Assembly of God with burial at Fleetwood Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel of Fort Smith.

She is survived by her companion, Reed Ingram; sons, Ken Cissell of Kenai, Alaska, Wayne Cissell of Reno, Nev., Dennis Cissell of Kenai and John Cummings of Magazine; a sister, Phyllis Ramsey of Fort Smith; a brother, Glen Jackson of Fort Smith; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers: Claydell Ramsey, Denny Ramsey, T.R. Ramsey, Brian Ramsey, Mark Ramsey and Keith Cissell.
