MRS. C. TREIBWASSER PASSES IN HOSPITAL
Mrs. Christina Treibwasser, 509 Harold St., passed away in a Stockton hospital Sunday at the age of 87 after an extended illness.
Born in S Russia, she came to Lodi in 1922 from Velva, N Dakota. She was the widow of the late Emanuel Treibwasser
She had been a Seventh-day Adventist for the past 50 years and a member of the Hilborn Seventh Day Adventist Church since coming to Lodi.
She was the mother of Sam Treibwasser, Minot, N Dakota; Fred Treibwasser, Lodi; Mrs. Ed (Marie) Wahl, Lodi; Mrs. Sam (Martha) Hein, Lodi; and the late Mrs. Minnie Reiswig, McClusky, N Dakota. She also leaves 17 grandchildren.
She was the sister of Henry Heintz, Chasley, N Dakota; John Heintz, Emery, S Dakota; Mrs. Martha Redding, Sioux Falls, S Dakota; and the sister-in-law of Mrs. Rose Treibwasser, Sacramento.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Wed. in the chapel of Lodi Funeral Home with Elder J. J. Dollinger officiating. Interment will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park.
