Dave T. Glenn, 86-year-old retired blacksmith, died shortly before noon Friday in Hugo Manor Nursing Home. His residence was at 207 North D Street. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday in Coffey Funeral Home Chapel, followed by burial in Springs Chapel Cemetery. Mr. Glenn was a native of Chicota, Texas, born April 28, 1887, a son of Levi Moses Glenn and Elizabeth (Brown) Glenn. He came to Hugo as a young man of 24 and had lived here continuously since then. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Margaret Glenn, to whom he had been married 53 years; and two sons. They are David A. Glenn and Harold Glenn, both of Hugo, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
