MARION - Albert Ollenberger, 90, died May 12, 2004, at St. Luke Hospital, Marion.
He was born Dec. 21, 1913, north of Marion, the son of William Albert and Mary Mehlinger Ollenberger. He was a retired conservationalist at Skully Estates, Marion.
He belonged to the American Legion and was a charter member and life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, both at Marion.
On Jan. 17, 1942, he married Evelyn Olsen at Yuma, Ariz. She survives.
Other survivors include: a son, Bryce, Palm Springs, Calif.; and a brother, Leslie, Salina.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Eastmoor United Methodist Church, Marion, with the Revs. John Goering and Rick Branson presiding. Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Zeiner Funeral Home, Marion. Burial will be in Marion Cemetery, Marion, with Military Graveside Rites.
