He was a son of the late John Sheely and was born and reared near Bonneauville. He was well known throughout the County, having taught school at various places in Adams County for 26 years. he is survived by two daughters- Mrs. Maurice Parr of White Hall, and Mrs. Charles Trimmer of Gettysburg; by one brother, John Sheely of Unionville, MO., and one step sister, Mrs. Flora Morrison of Bittinger. His wife died many years ago.
