He was preceded in death by his wife, Katie M. Barton; brother, Carl Barton and parents, Lester and Pearl Williams Barton. He is survived by his sister, Myrtis Kelo of Port Orange, FL and one granddaughter, Ashley McCormick of Mobile, AL.
