Sarah married Aaron M. Dalrymple September 30, 1855 in Ronald Twp., Ionia Co., Michigan by Royal Howard, Justice Witnesses B. C. Barnes & Sarah Barnes and Elizabeth Howell.

Mother of 6 children: Charles Aaron 1856-1950, Orra E.(Dalrymple) Baker 1866-1960, Louisa 1870-1873, Fannie May (Dalrymple) Dick, Langworthy 1875-1972, Henry S. 1877-1877 and ?.

Mrs. Aaron Dalrymple, an old and respected resident of Palo, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Baker, Tuesday of last week.

The funeral services were held from the M. E. Church of which she was a member, Thursday afternoon, conducted by Rev. J. B. McGinness, assisted by Rev. John Slater, of Albion.

The attendance was large and the floral tributes spoke beautifully of the esteem for the dead and of sympathy for the relatives and friends. S

She leaves a husband, one son, Charles, Frank Baker of Palo; and Mrs. Geo. Dick, of Elwell, besides grandchildren of Mt. Pleasant, two daughters and great-grandchildren to mourn her loss.
