Obituary: Dresden Enterprise and Sharon Tribune, Friday, 26 Dec 1947 - Mrs. Mary Ann Mansfield widow of the late Bud mansfield died at her home near Fancy on Thursday. She was 83. The decesed was one of the most highly beloved women in the community. In the days of her robust health, she was a ministering angel wherever there was need. She is survived by the following children: Barney, J., Miss Emily, Mrs. Sarah Jones, Calvin, Mrs. Susie Jones, John, Frank, Mrs. Orrelle Powell, all of this county. Funeral services were held Friday at Matheny Grove Primitive Baptist church by Rev. Cayce Pentecost. Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Bowling & Riggs.
