Milan Mladenović was a Yugoslav and Serbian musician best known as the frontman of Serbian rock band Ekatarina Velika. His first serious band was Lemon Tree, which in 1984 grew into the cult group Ekatarina Velika EKV. He was a charismatic person who led a generations; he was a extraordinary guitarist, composer and writer. His band initiated a new wave in 1980s music, although the members of the group did not accept that new expression. Very often it was said that the band were not a lucrative group that had a mass audience.
