Services will be held in Lone Oak Texas at 6 p. m. Sunday for Emmett C. Adair, 35, district manager of the Sperry Hutchinson Co trading stamp dealers who died Friday in Tulsa.
Adair who left here for Tulsa Friday morning was stricken with the heat and died in a Tulsa hospital the same day. Connected with the firm for 15 years he came to Oklahoma City from Fort Worth, Texas in 1930 to become district manager.
He is survived by his wife, Bertha Adair; his father Rev Lockett Adair, Point Texas; two sons Billie and Emmett Adair Jr; one daughter, Nell Adair; one sister Virginia Adair Oklahoma City; and two brothers Elmore Adair Lubbock Texas and Jack Adair Oklahoma City.
