He was a charter member of the Cypress Rotary Club and served as the Superintendent of the Cy-Fair Livestock Show.
He was an Honorary Lone Star of the Cy-Fair F.F.A., a member of the Cy-Fair Booster Club and served on the Cy-Fair Vocational Training Advisory Board.
Mr. Anderson was best known for his meat processing business in Cypress where he continued his family sausage making tradition.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, Eric and Kate Anderson and brothers; Loys and Lynard Anderson.
